A fully recessed switchboard that gives a granny flat its space back.

Space is everything in a granny flat. For this Narraweena build we installed a brand new fully recessed switchboard — set flush into the wall so nothing protrudes into the room.

Behind the clean white cover sits a fully labelled Voltex board with individual RCBO protection on every circuit — lighting, power, stove, hot water, pump and laundry — safer, tidier, and completely out of the way.

A complete upgrade, point-of-attachment and consumer mains replacement in Berowra Heights — new three-phase aerial service, rafter riser, meter panel and load centres, with the old asbestos parts safely removed and disposed of at a waste facility.

We coordinated the Ausgrid application, metering application and works end-to-end so the homeowner had one point of contact from disconnection to re-energisation.
