What areas do you service?

Our main service area is the Northern Beaches and North Shore of Sydney, including Manly, Dee Why, Collaroy, Mona Vale, Mosman, Chatswood, North Sydney and everywhere in between. We also cover all of Sydney for electricians, strata, commercial and Level 2 ASP work.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We're a fully licensed electrical contractor, Accredited Level 2 ASP, and carry full public liability insurance. Certificates available on request.

What is a Level 2 ASP and when do I need one?

Accepted Answer

A Level 2 ASP (Accredited Service Provider) is an electrician authorised to connect and disconnect properties from the electricity network. You need one for new service mains, private pole work, upgrading from single to three phase, metering changes and overhead or underground service repairs.

Do you offer 24/7 emergency callouts?

Yes. If you've lost power, smell burning, see sparks or have exposed live wiring, email us any time. We prioritise emergency work and can usually be on-site fast across the Beaches and Shore.

How much does a switchboard upgrade cost?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the size of the board, whether asbestos removal is required, and if the service main needs upgrading at the same time. No one price fits all — best to get in touch for a free quote.

Do you work with strata and unit blocks?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Strata is one of our specialties, from common-area lighting and emergency exit testing to full switchboard replacements and generator installs. We coordinate directly with strata managers and building committees.

Free quotes. No surprise fees — if the scope changes on site, we stop and talk to you first.

Can you install safety switches and smoke alarms?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We install and test RCDs (safety switches) on every circuit and fit mains powered, 10 year lithium or 9V smoke alarms to current NSW requirements.

How quickly can you get to me?

Accepted Answer

For emergencies, usually within the hour. For quoted work, we book in as soon as materials and access allow, typically this is within 3-5 business days.
